Decorating for Christmas - 11/26/07

What I love about Christmas is taking the traditions that we grew up with and making them our own. Tonight we put of the Christmas tree and made a festive night of it.

War Eagle!!! - 11/24/07

What's an Auburn/Alabama game without family around to watch it with. Jeffry's parents graced us with there presence for the weekend of the game. We had a great time getting all geared up, going out to eat, and then having our own AU/AL party right here in TN!
Gotta LOVE this smile that Jocelyn is giving Pop Pop.

Thanksgiving - 2007

Jocelyn's first Thanksgiving was spent in Bham with our families. The tree's were at it's peak during this time. Made it perfect for taking pictures!

Jocelyn, being the youngest great grandchild on Jeffry's side, with Jon who is the old of the grandchildren.
Thanksgiving night we took a ride up to Melissa (Jeffry's little sister that died in March of 04) grave. It's so sad that Jocelyn will never know her Aunt Melissa. Melissa would have loved Jocelyn and I have no doubt that Jocelyn would have loved Melissa.

On the day before Thanksgiving, my side of the family did our celebration. It was a wonderful day!
